Pilates Fusion For Mom and Baby

A little Strength + A little Reformer Pilates Mix it up and you get Pilates Fusion. A FUN balanced work out with a serious focus on Post Natal movement

This class is for Mamas and their babies under 1 year old OR not overly mobile babies. Bring a carrier, a swing, car seat, stroller or whatever you need to keep your baby happy while you get your work out on. Most exercises can be adapted to accommodate a wearable carrier.
